Beowulf is typically the first big work I teach each semester. When I’m thinking of new teaching methods or assignments, I typically try them out on this poem first. Here are a collection of easily accessible resources I will be giving my students about the poem. There is more where this came from, but it’s a good start for someone who is into the poem’s period, story, or form.
